Please take the time to read this Rental Information:

The prim count displayed is for the entire parcel which includes the home with all its furniture and accesories. You may personally put out XXX prims of your personal objects in this parcel.(see 9 below)

*Gaea* is a community inspired in the concept of living in harmony with the environment and all the beings in it. We built it on the Three Rs concept:

• Take Responsibility for your actions.

*Gaea* is a low-lag, class 5, ocean front residential sim with only 12 exclusive homes set up on 4096 m2 parcels.

Only 12 exclusive, privileged tenants will enjoy its beauty.

Each Home comes standard with:

• 1. Scripted Sex Bed: Menu driven with 27 different cuddles and sex animations.
• 2. Privacy Tint Windows
• 3. Lockable Doors with access list
• 4. Completely Furnished (bedroom, living room, dinning room, kitchen)
• 5. Hot Tub
• 6. Beautifully Landscaped, one of SL most beautiful Islands
• 7. Audio and Video Streaming with individual controls on each parcel
• 8. Use of over 16,000 mē of Common Areas:
  • Gaea Eden, (group access only) Lavish garden with waterfalls and lakes;
  • Creativa Gaea: a Comunity Center with:
  Art Gallery, exclusive shop, Gaea Central (arrival and offices-public access)
  • Spa (Massage Table, Tai Chi, Yoga and Meditation, Relax and Sunbath),
  • Dance Floor for all the residents to enjoy (also public access).
• 9. A XXX prim drop allowance to add your own personal touches. Like pictures, plants, more poseballs etc. In no case can you go over the parcel limit of 850 prims. If You go over the allowed; all your items will be returned. Then you can reset out up to XXX again. All included furniture and accessories prims can be credited to you in case you wish to replace them with your own. Just let us know.

RENT: Range from the equivalent to US$7.- per week for center parcels homes, to the equivalent to US$8.- per week for corner parcel homes, payable in L$ at the day's exchange rate. You can pay up to 6 weeks at once, as many times as you want, to keep from having to pay each week and you get a 10% discount whe you pay at least 4 weeks at once. Just please pay the rental box before your time expires to insure you keep your home. The rental box automatically goes back into rental mode when rent expires. -Please let us know a week in advance if you plan to leave the house at the end of your lease period so we can take steps to put the property on the market again.

PAY: Right Click on the rental box to pay. After paying, it will change into a small square blue box that you can click on for your rental info and to pay rent again when due...Be sure you want to rent BEFORE paying. There will be NO REFUNDS/NO EXCEPTIONS!!

GROUP: If rented, you will receive an invite to the Gaea Management Group. If anyone will share your home with you, we will need their names also to add to the group...If at anytime you quit the group, you are giving up your home, any objects you have dropped will be returned to you and your home relisted for rent again. You will lose any rental time you may have remaining.

LAG: Please don't drop and lag the land down with objects that have excessive particles flying all over the place. Or running scripts that cause bad lag...be considerate of others.

What you do in your home is your business as long as it's not causing grief for others.

*Gaea* is an upscale community. We aimed at creating a realistic and beautiful community for our tenants to enjoy. Decorate the inside of your home as you like. We ask you to exercise good taste and common sense in preserving the harmony of the community when rezzing garden and beach furniture as well as seasonal decoration.
